Downtown Delight
Tuesday, April 26, 2016
This was from the beginning of the month but this month was a very busy one, so I just got around to posting this up now. Sorry!
These are my lovely unnies that are very dear to me.
Hannah unnie just turned 25 earlier this month so we went out for dinner in Downtown LA.
We love taking pictures during our hangouts in general but I couldn't not do a quick photoshoot for the birthday girl.
We got ready together, so I did Hannah unnie's hair using my Nume curling iron. Her hair is already curly from perming her hair but we went ahead and brought more shape to her curls.
The unnies were excited to be featured on my blog so they started posing. Jihee's got the chic face expression and Hannah's got the smiley face expression. They're so cute!
Jihee's outfit details:
Jacket - Zara
Leggings - H&M
Skirt - H&M
Shoes - Nine West
Hannah's outfit details:
Dress - Joie
Coat - gift
Shoes - Chanel
Bag - Prada
Grace's outfit details:
Dress - Zara
Coat - Zara
Shoes - Aldo
Bag - Kate Spade
Just a snapchat selfie that I really liked.
Here are some of the food we ate:
Bestia DTLA
We were so hungry that we couldn't wait for everything we ordered to take a instaworthy photo.
So that one picture is the only picture I took of our entire dinner.
Pie Hole's earl grey pie is so delicious, anybody who likes earl grey must try this at least once.
Make sure to go check it out, all you earl grey lovers!

Friends Forever?
Friday, April 8, 2016
Jane and I were not planning on matching our outfits in black and white but we walked into church looking as if we had some agreement. So I couldn't help but do a couple photoshoot with her.
My birthday is coming up and my mom decided to get me a pair of shoes as an early present.
This is actually the very first pair of Adidas I have ever owned, and I am in love with them!
The cushion in the shoes make my feet comfortable even when standing for a long time at work and there's such a difference in the comfort level when I compare it to my converse.
I love them.
Jane's outfit details:
Shirt - Zara
Pants - she doesn't know
Shoes - Eileen Fisher
Grace's outfit details:
Shirt - Forever 21
Skirt - Zara
Shoes - Adidas
I realized there aren't very many pictures if not at all of both of us looking normal.
But I thought it was nice to kind of capture us even in our derpy moments.
I hope you don't mind. :)

That burger on her shirt was so cute, I just had to have a detail shot of it. How adorable is that burger.
As I have announced in my previous post, I will have a 2 year anniversary giveaway coming soon.
Stay tuned!

Spring, Spring.
Tuesday, April 5, 2016
The weather here in Los Angeles has been quite a bipolar one, even after Spring rolled in.
Something nice about Spring here in LA is that during the day, you can still wear light pieces and not freeze to death. And today, I am featuring two ladies that are flaunting Springy outfits of their own.You have seen this duo together on my blog before, in the post Twinning Vocalists.
Caroline(left) has been in a couple other previous posts here on Grace Yourself (Simply Fall, Because It Was Easter, and Lady in Green).
These two make a great duo when it comes to food and food pictures.
Both of their Instagram pages are filled with food and their aesthetics are quite awesome.
I am leaving a link to both of their IG pages so go check them out!

Rachelle: @ Showtimerach
Caroline's outfit details:
Dress - H&M
Denim Jacket - H&M
Bag - Zara
Shoes - Adidas
Rachelle's outfit details:
Shirt - from Korea
Pants - Urban Outfitters
Bag - Zara
Shoes - Urban Outfitters
Bracelet - Monica Vinader
As you can see, they were twinning on their bags, which was the biggest reason they took these photos. And it turns out that they are pretty much color coordinated as well. I love the pale pink color of Caroline's dress and Rachelle's bag and I think this color scheme is perfect for the Spring season. It gives a soft look overall with the denim giving a nice contrast.
I was not present when they were taking these, which means I am not the one who took these photos.
Photocreds go to David Moon.
They were mainly candid photos of Rachelle just laughing and Caroline laughing with her.
They look cute though, which is why I asked Caroline for these photos to put them up here.
And before I bring this to a close, it is now April and in about a month and a half, it will be Grace Yourself's 2 year anniversary. I am planning on doing a giveaway so stay tuned for that here on my blog and on my IG! (@graceyourself__)
