During my Spring break, I finally had the opportunity to goto Disneyland with Jane.
It was a Saturday afternoon so we were a bit scared that there would be too many people, but we ended up having a really good time together.
And of course, we were able to get in quite a bit of photos for the blog.
Shirt - random shop in Koreatown
Jacket - Zara (www.zara.com)
Pants - Zara (www.zara.com)
Shoes - Adidas (www.adidas.com)
Bag - Fjallraven Kanken (www.fjallravenkanken.us)
I tend to pick this shirt over any other shirts whenever I go to Disneyland.
It's not the only shirt with Mickey on it, but I love the loose fit of the shirt.
Even for days when I feel super fat, it helps me think that the shirt is covering a lot of it.
And when you're going to a theme park where you're walking around constantly, you want to be comfortably dressed.
I'm sure you guys have noticed my love for this denim jacket.
It's super versatile, super easy to wear with almost any outfit, and very comfortable.
I chose a bigger size on purpose for the sake of the loose fit, and I can't help but be happy with my choice every time I wear it.
It was perfect for my trip to Disneyland because it isn't a thick outerwear that will make me sweat every time I am walking around, but it is thick enough to keep me warm when the temperature drops at night. How much more perfect can an outerwear be?
I find some of these "in between" shots so funny.
I used to have the other Minnie ears back in the days, until one of my youth students wanted it.
I gave it to him, and then someone else ended up breaking it.
When I had my season pass a while back, I had purchased the hat with the Minnie ears. I've been wanting the headband ears again so I bought it to complete my disneyland OOTD look.
Shoes are a very important factor when deciding an outfit for a theme park.
And of course, I've been loving my Adidas shoes--both the Superstars and the Stan Smiths.
I never owned a pair of Adidas sneakers until last year, and I absolutely fell in love.
It's very comfortable, casually fashionable and it looks good with almost anything.
And therefore, they were a perfect choice for a day at Disneyland.
Seriously, a major shout out to Jane for taking a bunch of pictures for me.
A lot of them turned out really nice and it was really fun for me to put this post together.
Waiting in line to get seated at the Cove Bar also meant time for pictures.
I love how this came out like a super professional portrait type of a picture you would take at a studio!
I've been on a diet for almost about 2 months now, but going to Disneyland means at least one meal there. It was definitely a cheat meal for me, because what we ate had more sodium and more sugar than I have been normally intaking with the diet.
I have never been to the Cove Bar, but Jane recommended the Lobster Nachos and the Fun Wheel Cocktail from their secret drinks menu. I love lobster, and it was really good. We ordered just one cocktail and shared it, and it was definitely a good cocktail even though it was super sweet.
We shared just these two items and we were so full, we didn't know what to do.
You see a bunch of these photos not just at Disneyland but typically with couples.
With Jane's suggestion, we attempted at this and I actually really like how this photo came out.
The balloons floating above my head was such a perfect setting to capture a moment of being basic with one of my best friends and I can't wait to go back to the happiest place on earth!
I hope you all are having a wonderful week, and that the rest of your week will be as magical as everything seems to be like at Disneyland. <3
Grace Yourself.
